周如鸿

周如鸿,男,舟山定海人,1984年毕业于舟山中学,后获美国哥伦比亚大学博士学位。现为IBM Watson 研究院软物质科学实验室主任, IBM蓝色基因计划生命科学首席科学家,哥伦比亚大学化学系兼职教授,美国科学促进会院士。

    工作经历

    周如鸿教授于2011年当选美国科学促进会会士(AAAS Fellow),美国物理学会会士(APS Fellow),并于2012年入选IBM全球八大研究院“将对IBM,对世界,可能产生最重大影响”的五名科学家之一。周如鸿教授同时担任美国分子科学领域顶尖的Telluride科学研究中心董事会的董事(Board of Directors),和美国芝加哥大学多尺度科学中心的科学顾问(Scientific Advisory Board)。

    现任浙江大学求是讲席教授,生命科学院院长,上海高等研究院院长,科技部十四五“生物大分子与微生物”专家组成员,哥伦比亚大学化学系兼职教授。曾任IBM Watson 研究院软物质科学系主任,IBM蓝色基因计划生命科学首席科学家,杰出研究员。[1]

    在分子动力学模拟蛋白质结构,功能,以及动态过程、纳米尺度水的生物效应、以及纳米颗粒与生物分子的相互作用等研究领域成就显著。拥有或已申请14项美国专利。在权威学术刊物发表学术论文102篇,SCI引用3200余次。应邀在世界各地大学、研究机构和国际学术会议上做邀请报120余次,是期刊《Nanoscale》、《Current Physical Chemistry》客座主编,也是 《Current Bioinformatics》等6家国际期刊的编委。
